Junior Achievement of the Desert Southwest is excited to partner in bringing the Acton Children’s Business Fair to Cielo Vista Mall on May 16, where young entrepreneurs ages 5–15 will have the opportunity to launch and run their own small business for a day.

The Junior Achievement of the Desert Southwest Business Hall of Fame, presented by WestStar, is one of El Paso’s premier events honoring outstanding business and education leaders. Since 1995, Junior Achievement of the Desert Southwest has hosted this annual celebration to recognize individuals whose entrepreneurial drive, leadership, and commitment to community have created a lasting legacy in our region.

JA Inspire Career Exploration Fair
Junior Achievement of the Desert Southwest delivers a premier career readiness experience designed to connect students with real-world opportunities and pathways to future success. Through collaboration with educators, local employers, and industry leaders, JA equips high school students with the knowledge, skills, and exposure needed to make informed decisions about their futures. The program helps students explore careers, understand workplace expectations, and build the confidence needed to pursue meaningful opportunities within the Desert Southwest region.
