Inspiring our youth to be better prepared for their future
When: Monday, October 26, 2026 - Monday, May 31, 2027
Where: Starlight Event Center
JA Inspire: Career Discovery helps students in grades 6–12 connect what they are learning today to what is possible tomorrow. Through career exploration and real-world connections, students discover their interests, learn about high-demand career pathways, and better understand the education, skills, and experiences that can help them reach their goals.
Beginning this exploration in middle school is especially important as students start making decisions that will shape their high school experience and future opportunities. JA Inspire helps students see those choices with greater purpose—connecting their interests to career pathways and introducing them to the opportunities available right here in the Desert Southwest.
Through the virtual experience, students can explore careers, industries, and local employers throughout the year. Then, on April 29, 2027, JA Inspire comes to life with an in-person Career Discovery experience, giving students the opportunity to meet employers, explore careers firsthand, ask questions, and begin envisioning where their own path could lead.
